Stephen Alexander

Principal Engineer

Stephen Alexander is the founder and Principal Engineer for CaseTrack. He has over 25 years of experience planning and implementing IT systems and data management solutions for healthcare organizations and other large enterprises.

Stephen has had a long career leading IT infrastructure projects for major hospitals and health systems and other large enterprises. His background includes managing distributed healthcare data systems such as pharmacy management and radiology information systems for MD Anderson Cancer Center, deploying technologies like Wi-Fi networks and distributed antenna systems to improve clinical communications, and designing and deploying systems monitoring capabilities for industrial internet-of-things installations.

In recent years, Stephen has focused on developing software to help home health and community-based services better collect, manage and utilize participant data. He is an expert in designing solutions for compliance reporting and enhanced care coordination.

Stephen holds a Bachelor’s in Management Information Systems and a Master’s in Biomedical Informatics. He maintains CISM, CRISC and CISA certifications from ISACA, demonstrating commitment to excellence in IT security, risk management, and auditing controls.
